Introduction

hello,
 i have workrd with Mr. Beans a pathetic coffee shop in indore and a bitch named Neha Singh( director's wife). they had an avg sales of 3000rs/day i introduced new menu to the outlet, ordered equipments, managed stores, indenting and all necessary things but when the operation started going on smoothly the arrogant & misbehaved wife of Director behaving in a wrong manner. i left the company on 10 july and the company still have to pay me around 10k. Now the director don't pick my calls or reply to my mails as he might be scared of his wife. i still know the places where they'll be working wrong and how the employee don't follow the system. The most amazing thing is the kitchen is operational next to the area full of garbage and dirt.

THAT 650RS/KG BROWNIE RECIPE

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped ( MORDE CHOCOLATE )


  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts


Preheat oven to 325°F. Lightly butter 13x9x2-inch metal baking pan. Melt butter and chocolate in heavy medium saucepan over low heat, stirring until chocolate mixture is smooth. Cool.
Using electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in chocolate mixture, vanilla and salt. Add flour; beat just until blended. Pour batter into prepared pan, smoothing top. Sprinkle top with walnuts. Bake until tester inserted into center comes out with crumbs attached, about 35 minutes. Transfer pan to rack; cool completely.
Cut brownies into squares; serve.
